Thank you very much for your guidance in respect of the Workcover tender and direction of our industry in general.

Sadly, I fully agree that customer service and professionalism appear to be lacking in certain concerns of the industry.

I’m certain that Public criminal investigators and private civil investigators would require a slightly different skill set based on available resources, client requirements and finances. I can absolutely see that your training is “real world” and I’m sure it is an eye-opener to many of your students.

A firm that can combine skilled and experienced operators, with a professional and customer-focused service has to be in with a chance!
