OMG I am so excited!! Thankyou ever so much for absolutely everything!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my course, it is so valuable to make us better investigators! So we can successfully prosecute persons!! I hope some more courses come up in the future-as will be putting my hand up!! It was so interesting, I gained so much - so much more reading I have to do though!! Have been madly printing out the different components for each topic, as just want to learn more and more! I am like a dried up old sponge-that is just crying out to, soak up and learn new information!!!

Thankyou for giving up your time to help I truly appreciate all you do for our organisation, in trying to prevent animal cruelty, to fight for those who have no voice or choice on their circumstance...!

I will keep an eagle eye out for my certification-thats going straight to the pool room!!!

Hope all well up there, and look forward to catching up in the future-for some more courses-and of course look forward to more of your jokes!!

Very kind regards,

Sara

Hello Mike,
Just a quick note, I enrolled last year in your course,(cert III inv. serv.) for several reasons, the main one being to assist our legal case in defending a long and expensive claim for damages in the retail shops tribunal. With access to the information provided (even though I never had time to commence the study) we were successful. A ruling was made in November, and all 28 points of claim against us were dismissed. The ground work required, which was a massive information gathering exercise was hugely assisted by your course. It also helped when we were cross-examined at length. Given we spent over $65 000 on legal costs, the cost of the course was minimal.

Kind regards,
Julie
