It is a requirement to work in many Government Departments and holding this qualification will allow you to independently conduct investigations on behalf of agencies such as Centrelink, Customs, Australia Post, Department of Veterans Affairs the ATO and many more. The investigations are broad and include discrimination, conduct and grievances, these are not limited to fraud.

This qualification was originally designed for Federal Departments, it has been so successful in saving the Government money that state and local governments have adopted it. The number of units needed to achieve this qualification is 11 Core plus 4 Electives.

Good Afternoon Michael,
I hope you are having a wonderful Friday.
I am very pleased to say that I have completed all assessments.
I am aware that I was only required to complete the 15 units, but found it such an interesting and comprehensive learning experience.
I was pleased that it is a self paced learning course because as you know I am currently in South America and wished to partake in it while overseas. It has been fantastic to be able to access it over the worldwide web. I am scheduled to arrive back in Australia soon and look forward to applying the extra skills that I have learnt by doing this course to on the job practices.
I have spoken to a few of the Inspector's and they are hoping to continue there training further with your company. Thank you so much for assisting with this training. I can see that your extensive experience and knowledge has helped us all become better investigators.

Mike things are good, been cruising along, - it was interesting reading the news sections on the site, I generally don’t get time to browse about like I did today.

Picked up the Comcare contract for Tas for the third time in a row –which is good.
