PSP41504 Certificate IV in Government (Investigation)
This specialist qualification covers the competencies required by those responsible for statutory investigation under a range of legislation, regulations, mandated government and organisational policy and instructions. It is a requirement to work in many Government Departments and holding this qualification will allow you to independently conduct investigations on behalf of agencies such as Centrelink, Customs, Australia Post, Department of Veterans Affairs the ATO and many more. The investigations are broad and include discrimination, conduct and grievances, these are not limited to fraud.
This qualification was originally designed for Federal Departments, it has been so successful in saving the Government money that state and local governments have adopted it. The number of units needed to achieve this qualification is 11 Core plus 4 Electives
